Selling a Davenport, FL short sale takes time and patience from everyone involved, from the seller all the way to the buyer and everyone in between. The whole process could take a few months. During that time they will require updated hardship letters, tax returns, financial statements, bank statements, pay stubs etc. As the seller you should have these things on hand so that they can be easily found and forwarded.

It's very likely that your lender will require frequent updates from you through your real estate agent. If they don't receive the requested documents they may, and sometimes do, close the short sale file and make you start all over. Nobody wants that so have that stuff handy and be ready when your agents asks for it.
